Shipping policy

Prism Power Designs currently ships within North America only – Canada, The United States and Mexico.

Because each piece is handmade to order, please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order is shipped. During new launches, collaborations, holidays, or high-volume periods, production may take 4–7 business days.

Canada: Shipping is available Canada-wide for a flat rate of $20 CAD. Free shipping is available on orders of $135 CAD or more before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise stated.

The United States: Shipping available for a flat rate of $30 CAD

Mexico: Shipping available for a flat rate of $35 CAD

Once your order has been made and packed, it will ship through Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, or another comparable carrier when required. Tracking is included with all shipped orders.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, location, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Prism Power Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to help if an issue comes up.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order. If the error was made by Prism Power Designs, we will cover the cost to correct it.

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at prismpowerdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and we will help look into it.

Local pickup is available at Shop Makers in Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket, Ontario. Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Local delivery may be available within 15 km of Aurora, Ontario for an additional fee. Delivery is $10 within 0–10 km and $15 within 11–15 km. Delivery availability and timing may vary based on location and order volume.
