1. Overview
This website is operated by Prism Power Designs. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Prism Power Designs. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this website.
2. Handmade-to-Order Products
Our pieces are handmade to order. Natural variations in gemstones, materials, and finishes may occur and are part of the character of handmade products. Please review product descriptions, sizing, and options carefully before ordering.
3. Orders and Payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Product prices and availability may change, but the price shown at checkout when you place your order applies to that order. Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance by us.
4. Production and Shipping
Production generally takes 2–4 business days before shipment, or 4–7 business days during launches, collaborations, holidays, or high-volume periods. We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil, and Australia. Delivery estimates, shipping options, and other shipping details are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
5. Cross-Border Orders
Shipping options and delivery estimates can vary by destination and are shown at checkout when available. Customs requirements and import charges may vary by destination. Please review the information shown at checkout and check the requirements that apply where you live.
6. Final Sale, Issues, and Craftsmanship Warranty
Because each piece is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Each piece includes a 30-day craftsmanship warranty from delivery, subject to its coverage and exclusions. See our Refund Policy for the complete terms and process. 7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including product photographs, designs, branding, and written materials, belongs to Prism Power Designs and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prism Power Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or a purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting any consumer rights that apply where you live.
